Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30‑day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To start a return, please contact us at info@primehavenofficial.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. In some cases, a return shipping label may be provided.

Damaged or incorrect items  
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non‑returnable items  
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and gift cards.

Exchanges  
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order.

European Union customers  
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
